perfume tree formed in Vancouver, largely at CITR in 1990.  Their original home-produced, four-song cassette brought them considerable local and national radio play of their signature dark, dreamy, and crunchy trip-goth grooves.  In 1991 the band signed to the fabulous Zulu records, releasing 3 albums and 2 EPs (Dust, Remote EP, The Sun’s Running Out, Fathom the Sky EP and A Lifetime Away). Lifetime was licensed by the late Dave Allen’s World Domination label in Los Angeles. Subsequent releases, Tide’s Out EP, Feeler, and the remix album, Felt, were with World Domination.
