Started in Saint Petersburg, Russia in 2020 and now based in Vancouver, Canada, Autonomous Apes is a Russian-Canadian rock trio that takes inspiration from grunge, alt rock and post-hardcore to create a unique blend of sounds and cultures. Fighting through the pandemic and the move to the other side of the Earth, frontman Egor Kopshar has managed to keep the band and music going, earning following and respect among peers in the Vancouver scene as well as beyond the home province. Now joined by Noah FP on bass and Erin Docherty on drums Autonomous Apes continues to reinvent itself.
