In the late 1980s and early 1990s, 64 Funnycars made an impression far beyond their hometown of Victoria with their uniquely hook-filled songs and countless high-octane shows, while putting out two vinyl releases and two cassettes, contributing songs to several compilations, and touring multiple times across Canada. This year, through their Decades imprint, 604 Records is re-releasing 64 Funnycars’ Happy Go Lucky LP and Hogwild EP. The original band lineup of Tim Chan (guitar and vocals), Eric Cottrell (guitar and vocals), Eric Lowe (drums and vocals), and Colin Macrae (bass) have reunited and will be playing shows in 2026 and beyond.
